Watch: The new trailer for ‘Saved By The Bell’ sees original cast members reprising their roles

The reboot premieres on November 25

NBC’s Peacock has shared the first official trailer for their Saved by the Bell reboot, which sees some of the original cast members reprising their roles as adults.

In the clip, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Tiffany Thiessen, Mario Lopez, and Elizabeth Berkley have returned as Zack Morris, Kelly Kapowski, A.C. Slater, and Jessie Spano, respectively. The twist is, now the main storyline concerns their children.

In the upcoming reboot, Slater plays the role of a gym teacher at the school, teaching Jessie’s son, Jamie. Zack, on the other hand, is a governor of California who is in hot water after closing too many low-income schools, and his solution is to send impacted students to schools like Bayside High.

Saved By The Bell is also set to star transgender actress Josie Totah, who plays “a beautiful, sharp-tongued cheerleader and the most popular girl at Bayside High who is both admired and feared by her fellow students.”

Saved by the Bell premieres on November 25th.
