Watch: The ‘Sesame Street’ Muppets perform on NPR’s Tiny Desk

They performed tracks like 'What I Am' and 'Sing'

The whole Sesame Street gang recently took a trip to NPR studios for a Tiny Desk session. The 15-minute long episode is a perfect performance from the lovable furry friends, and it was created in honour of the show’s 50th anniversary.

The quirky Muppet-filled concert saw a performance of “The Sesame Street Theme (Sunny Days),” with Elmo, Rosita, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, and Bert and Ernie as the stars. After that, they performed “People In Your Neighborhood” with the show’s producer, Bob Boilen, performing his very own verse alongside Neda Ulaby.

As the episode progressed, the group made their way into a jazzy rendition of “What I Am” before Big Bird helped Bert get over his nerves for a rendition of “Sing After Me.” The performance wrapped with a medley of classic Sesame tunes prior to the big finale track, “Sing.”
