In 2015 we said goodbye to Toronto’s Galleria Mall as rumours of it becoming condos began to spread.
The property was bought in August by Freed Developments and ELAD Canada for $80 million, but changes have yet to ensue.
Urban Toronto shared renderings that depict potential changes to the property, including outdoor public spaces, a new community centre, and a revamped park.
