What’s Open and Closed on Christmas Day in Toronto

It’s the most magical time of the year! While there’s certainly a case for staying in on Christmas Day, you may still have the urge to maximize your time off and get out of the house. Why not trade up the television binge-athon and overeating and check out some cool stuff in the city!

The TTC will be running as usual Christmas Day.



– Pacific Mall


– Eaton Centre
– Yorkdale
– Vaughan Mills
– Markville Mall
– Dufferin Mall
– Sherway Gardens
– Promenade Mall

– Scarborough Town Centre

Either get your shopping done early or you’ll have to wait until Boxing Day, most major malls are closed Christmas Day.

Most skating rinks in Toronto are open Christmas day, however most skate rentals are not! It’s a cheap and easy way to have some fun during the holidays.
