After receiving Christmas money from his family, PJ Mazzonna thought he purchased a Sony Playstation VR Headset from Walmart. Instead, Mazzonna received a dirty t-shirt, two water bottles, glass cleaner, and a demo disc.
After two weeks of hashing it out with Walmart’s customer service team, Mazzonna finally received a refund for the headset.

On Wednesday, a manager from Walmart told Mazzonna that they’ll refund the $600.
“I guess they didn’t believe me at the time,” he said. “I don’t know what ended up changing. I would have liked to have seen a bit of a faster response on this.”
Apparently people receive damaged goods from Walmart all the time. It’s a recurring problem.
