Women’s March Organizers Announce ‘A Day Without Women’

The organizers' latest tweet provides first details of possible future rally

Earlier today the organizers of the Women’s March on Washington tweeted an image that said “General Strike: A Day Without Women.” The accompanying caption stated “The will of the people will stand.”

So far there are very little details surrounding the strike other than this tweet, and the date is “to be announced.”

The Women’s March on Washington on January 21 drew hundreds of thousands of women to Washington to protest President Trump. The massive march also sparked a multitude of supporting marches worldwide.

With International Women’s Day coming up on March 8, many are speculating whether this event might coincide with that day. Stay tuned.
