Yo La Tengo have announced that they’ll be hosting their annual Hanukkah show virtually this year, due to COVID-19.
The event began at Maxwell’s, and for the last few years it has been hosted at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom. Now, the virtual show will take place on December 18th at 9:00 p.m., live from WNYC’s Greene Space.

Just like they usually do with the in-person Hanukkah shows, there will be a surprise opening band, a comedian, and even more twists and turns during Yo La Tengo’s set.
