Yoko Ono gets it, clearly.
Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson was asked to contribute to Yoko Ono’s art exhibition at the Reykjavik Art Museum. A total of 12 artists provided pieces dedicated to the life of the 83-year-old artist, singer, and songwriter.
Kjartansson’s contribution is unlikely to be rivaled in terms of appeal to fans of The Simpsons. We present you with a real life incarnation of Yoko Ono’s signature drink order at Moe’s Tavern in the 1993 episode titled “Homer’s Barbershop Quartet.” It’s a single plum, floating in perfume, served in a man’s hat.
