The new pride of Australia, Courtney Barnett does is again, she’s kind of a master of turning everyday observations into memorable songs. She tackles trolls with this one, and sidenote: backing vocals provided by the great Kim Deal!
 

Bishop Briggs – “White Flag”

By now you know Bishop Brigg’s vocals are powerful, but now imagine her singing to thousands of people in a football stadium in Hamilton! Because, yep, that’s happening this summer. Bishop Briggs will open for Arkells at their huge hometown show/ The Rally June 23rd at Tim Horton’s field. This new track sounds like it could soundtrack a modern western.

 

Side Hustle – “This’ll Never Seem Real”
