The Right Sound for the Right Price

Bat for Lashes – “Sunday Love”

Bat For Lashes released her fourth studio album Bride (2016) on July 1st. It’s a concept album about a woman, left at the alter… when her husband is killed in a car crash on the way to the wedding. So, you know… real cheery stuff.

White Lung – “Below”

Vancouver’s White Lung is taking the trip cross-country to play for you at Wayhome this weekend. They’ve been around for a decade so it might be time for you to jump aboard. Be sure to listen to their latest release Paradise (2016).

sivarT – “Monster”

You might know The Elwins – a Keswick, Ontario based band that had that big catchy tune “So Down Low” last year. Since then they’ve already got their own solo projects in the works. Drummer Travis Stokl’s came out last week and it’s called ¢ (2016). He calls himself sivarT, which is Travis backwards incase you missed it.

The Wombats – “Be Your Shadow”

The Wombats released their album Glitterbug (2016) over a year ago. Some of their sounds are just now making it overseas from their home in the UK. Including this exuberant, bounding track.

Sam Roberts – “If You Want It”

You can listen to a clip of the new track here.

Little Sammy Rob Rob has a new track called “If You Want It.” Sam Roberts is touring around the country this summer. You can catch him at the Kee to Bala in September.
