The Right Sound for the Right Price

The Arcs – “Outta My Mind”

The Black Keys’ Dan Auerback has a brand new band called The Arcs and you’ll be able to grab their debut full length Yours Dreamily in August.

You’ll hear a familiar Black Keys sound in here but it’s also just…weirder. It’s not quite straightforward rock; you’ve got some psychedelic twists in here, so it’s a little farther out.

Born Ruffians – “We Made It”
The song has yet to be released, so listen to this fun one in the meantime.

Oh, this is special…a brand new Born Ruffians song just for you! They have a new album coming out in the Fall, but no hard details have been released yet. A couple of months back they played a bunch of new tracks at a secret show at the Piston and did them again at Bestival last month. I assure you, you’re in for a treat.

Bully – “Trying”

Alicia Bognanno, also known as Bully is an artist from Nashville who might remind you of 90s artists like Veruca Salt or Courtney Love. If you’ve ever felt insecure or frustrated and you wished you could just let it all out, Bully might be your new best friend. Her new album Feels Like came out June 23rd and this one’s called “Trying”.

Brandon Flowers – “Diggin’ Up the Heart”

The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers’ new solo album The Desired Effect was released in May and he’ll be playing WayHome Music & Arts Festival in July! So get ready for it…this is “Diggin’ Up The Heart” from Brandon Flowers.

Borns – “Electric Love”
Real name: Garrett Borns

Garrett Borns is an L.A. based artist that goes by the name of Borns. He moved from Michigan down to California where he lived in a treehouse and, well…it sort of sounds like it.

Think MGMT and Passion Pit, but even happier. This tune is bright and colourful, which might be why his EP is called Candy. Oh! And if that wasn’t enough pop cred, even Taylor Swift herself has tweeted about how much she loves this tune. Check out “Electric Love” by Borns.
