Hozier – “Moment”

Hozier released a 4 track EP in November and promises an album is on the way, but here’s another beautifully intense one to tide you over. If you get the chance, check out the video. He collaboarted with a ballet dancer and performance artist Sergei Polunin – it’s a beauty.

Jane’s Party – “Wait For You”

Let’s get local! Jane’s Party are back with a taste of what their new record will sound like. You’ll have to wait until February 15th for Casual Island to get here, but here’s a new one. FYI, the b-side is a cover of the Cars track “Drive.”

Robert DeLong – “First Person On Earth”

Robert DeLong released his latest EP In the Cards in September, and though the LA artist will definitely make you move, I never thought he’d make you whistle along. It could just be me, but the intro had me whistling away.

Shade – “She Told Me”

This 5 piece from Hamilton spent a lot of this month in the UK on tour, and it definitely sounds like they’re inspired by the 90’s British scene. You can catch Shade at the Monarch Tavern on December 7th.

Jon Samuel of Wintersleep – “Dead Melodies”

The side projects coming out of the Wintersleep camp are pretty aces if you ask me. If you have yet to hear Wintersleep keyboardist Jon Samuel solo, here’s his latest off of an upcoming solo record, Dead Melodies, which comes out on February 1st.
