Dear Rouge’s second record “Boys & Blondes” came out October 27, and this one has some early 2000s NYC vibes. Could just be me, but I hear a bit of the Bravery and YYYs mixed with of course the sweet sounds of the west coast Dear Rouge you know and love.

Brian Fallon – “Forget Me Not”

Former Gaslight Anthem singer-guitarist Brian Fallon has a new solo album on the way. It’s called Sleepwalkers and you’ll have to wait until Feb 9th for it, so this clap along track will have to tide you over!


July Talk – “Lola + Joseph”

July Talk’s album Touch is just the gift that keeps on giving. Case in point: time to give this track some love!


Franz Ferdinand – “Always Ascending”

Franz Ferdinand are back with a new album, Always Ascending, coming out in February. Singer Alex Kapranos refers to the new tunes as “simultaneously futuristic and naturalistic,” so far here’s the title track from the upcoming release.
