Photos: A Recap of Toronto Pride Weekend

At 1:30 p.m. yesterday Torontonians gathered along Yonge between Bloor and Dundas to watch the 2017 Pride Parade. The parade kicked off at 2 p.m. and traveled south from Bloor and Church to Yonge and Dundas. Over 150 groups participated in the march, which brightened up the city on a beautiful afternoon.

Yesterday’s Pride Parade wasn’t the only event that took place on the weekend. The festivities were kicked off on Friday evening with the Trans March at 7 p.m., which began at Church and Hayden, traveled south on Yonge and ended just east of Jarvis. Toronto’s annual Dyke March also took place on Saturday at 2 p.m., and followed a similar route to the Trans March.

Check out photos of all three events below.
